Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Event Cancellation by The Self-Compassion Symposium

 

• The Self-Compassion Symposium reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. Classes affected by inclement weather may be rescheduled. (In this case you may request a full refund if you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date).

• If The Self-Compassion Symposium cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Registrants will be notified by email.

• Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or to transfer registration to the same event at a new, future date.

 

Registration Cancelled by Participant

 

• Unless specifically stated on the registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 5 calendar days before the event.

• Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $10 processing fee.

• Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

• Cancellations will be accepted via email.

• Refunds will be paid by check within 14 calendar days of receipt of the refund request.
